St. Mother Theodore Guerin and St. William parishes are combined to form the Guerin - William Youth Ministries. This youth group is open to teens ages 12 to 16. Through discipleship, the ministry encourages our members to experience community and friendship through Jesus Christ.
Get to Know the Ministers
Dalia Sarmiento - I am 19 years old and I am a first-time Youth Minister. Currently I am studying at Wright College with the intentions of getting an Associates Degree. I have been involved with this program for six years. This program has taught me many life skills, which has improved the way I live daily. I took this role as a Youth Minister to give back to the community as much as it has given to me throughout the six years I have been involved. I hope to create an awesome environment and lead you all to great things.
Adriana Cortes - I am a 19-year-old student working towards a B.A. in Psychology. I am currently working at Wright College as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor where I teach wonderful kids of all ages how to swim! I joined the youth group when I was thirteen and absolutely loved the friendships I made and the experiences I was blessed to be a part of. Becoming a leader for the youth is an exciting journey in which I hope to build a sense of community with the youth of the church. My goal for the Guerin - William Youth Group is to guide all youth members to experience the goodness of God through worship, education, and volunteer work.
Greg Fidanzia - I’ve been a youth group minister for over seven years and an 8th grade catechist for over twenty years. During that time I have had the pleasure to work with many teens and their parents. Our faith community is vibrant and it is a joy to see our teens grow in their faith. As these teens mature into young adulthood I am proud to see them return as youth ministers and bring their faith and life experience to the next generation.
